Mock Technical Interview
1-hour simulated technical interview with oral and written feedback
The Problem
Interviewing for AI, product, risk, or safety roles can feel daunting. How do you know if you’re ready? How do you gauge if you can convey your expertise well to someone you don’t know? Practicing with generic prep resources only gets you so far — this is role-specific, with someone who knows the space.
The Offering
Take an hour to be interviewed by me so you can test yourself and grow your confidence. I will customize questions based on the Job Description and, if available, any preparation info a company provides you.
What’s Included
- Customized questions
- A one hour call broken into 3 sections: 5 minute intro, 45 minute interview, 10 minute debrief.
- Written feedback after the call with specific recommendations for how to improve your presentation or where you may want to focus.
Pricing
The pricing is a sliding scale to make it more accessible. The full range is $25 to $200. When you contact me about setting up an interview you will answer a handful of questions and I will then inform you of the price I think is reasonable. This is meant to allow me to open up my expertise to more people on a needs-based analysis.
FAQ
Will I get to have a recording of this interview for my own review? That’s up to you. If you want us to record the session, we can. I reserve the right to use it for internal training purposes and analysis so I can improve how I approach the work.
What if I don’t land the job? That’s a realistic outcome in this market. The goal of this session isn’t to guarantee you the job — it’s to make sure you showed up as the best version of yourself. If that didn’t land, the problem is elsewhere, and we can talk through it.
What if I am dissatisfied with your support? Provide me feedback and I will work with you to remedy the situation. If that turns out to be infeasible then I will return your money.
