The Problem

You’re in a product, risk, or engineering role working on AI systems. The landscape is shifting fast and you need someone who’s been in it — not a coach who read the same articles you did. Finding people with the right expertise and the willingness to follow through is harder than it should be.

The Offering

I have mentored high schoolers, college students, and grad students for free for years. This is a more formal offering for working professionals. If you want dedicated support for 6 months, we’ll work through what’s most important to you, what you want to accomplish, and what motivates you.

The base engagement runs on a monthly cadence — one hour per month, plus ongoing contact between sessions. If you want more structure and tighter accountability, you can add biweekly 30-minute check-ins for an additional 33% of your base price.

Common goals mentees work toward: navigating a career pivot into safety or AI governance, building internal credibility for responsible development practices, and preparing for senior roles in risk and product.

Pricing

From $600 to $3,000 for a six-month engagement (monthly cadence). Add biweekly check-ins for +33% of your base price ($800–$4,000 total).

I offer this on a sliding scale to make it accessible to people early in their career, while being able to offer something to more experienced professionals that is worth my time.
